Kullu is a small hillstation located in Himachal Pradesh. It is once known as Kul-anti-peetha meaning "the end of the habitable world". Located on the banks of the Bes River in the Kullu Valley about ten kilometres north of the airport at Bhuntar. Kullu is a broad open valley formed by the Beas river between Manali and Largi. This valley is famous for the beauty and its majestic hills covered with Pine and Deodar Forest and sprawling Apple Orchards.

Rail: The nearest railway station is Jogindernagar Station(95 kms from Kullu – Manali), which is named after Maharajah Joginder Singh
