The Villa is located on the Lady Seat Road and is walking distance from the Lake, Bus Stand and major schools like Mont Fort School and Sacred Heart School. It has two deluxe suites independent of the Villa and one Royal suite, which is a part of the main Villa. Each of the suites has two bed rooms with queen size beds, dining table, one bath cum toilet and other facilities like air conditioning, cable TV, hot water kettle, power back up etc., which could meet the requirements of a family of up to 4 members.
